At the Fish and Duck Marina you can hire their beloved boats “Jubilee”, “Willow” or “Rose” for the whole day and fuel as well as life jackets will be included in the hire fee. Sail through the beautiful city of Ely where there are great stops for ice cream, fish and chips and many more yummy food options and home to a stunning cathedral that’s over 800 years old. Or you bring a picnic and just spend the day onboard if you prefer.

Where can I hire a boat in the Cambridge area?

The Fish and Duck Marina offers the opportunity to have a tranquil day on the marina when you hire one of their boats for the day.

If you are fairly new to the boating scene, The Fish and Duck Marina is a safe and fun marina that doesn’t get too crowded. You will spend the day relaxing on the river and taking in the scenic views from the boat as well as the abundance of British wildlife. There are also some great watering holes to stop off at on your trip around the marina. Be sure to wear appropriate clothing and it’s always a good idea to bring some SPF. Be aware before booking that Fish and Duck Marina do not cater for dogs or fishing onboard their boats. This will be a memorable trip for all outdoor lovers and should be in your stack.
