Gondola Ride to the Summit of Mount Cavendish

Once you have taken the cable car ride to the top of Mount Cavendish you will be treated to some of the most spectacular views so make sure you pack your camera. At the top of the mount, there is a wide range of activities to partake in and enjoy such as exploring many of the tracks with wide-open spaces around the area, getting the chance to view the city of Christchurch from up high. The summit station has a historical ride that will teach you everything there is to know about the history of the area. There is also a cafe at the station that provided some of the most stunning views to admire while enjoying a snack or hot drink.
